Donations

Phantom Lakes Management District operates based off of funds received from a tax levy. From time to time we are asked how people can donate for items like Fish Stocking or Fireworks. If you would like to donate. Checks can be mailed to PLMD – PO Box 391, Mukwonago, WI 53149. Please include your name, address and what you would like the money allocated to (Fireworks or Fish Stocking, if fish stocking and there is a certain species you want, please include that.)
