Welcome to Phantom Lakes Management District

The Phantom Lakes Management District was created in 1981. Guided by a seven-member Board of Commissioners, with one representative from Waukesha County and another representative from the Town of Mukwonago. We make continuous efforts to protect and improve the water quality of the lakes.
